Veterans and Active Service military members are often at a higher risk of food insecurity. Up to 1 in 4 veterans may be grappling with hunger, due to intersections of barriers including physical disability and PTSD making it harder to find gainful employment. The Operation Full Pack Initiative was designed to use extant military networks to supply a “Full Pack” to military families, so that those who serve can be better prepared for challenges they may face.

If you are interested in learning more about this initiative and how to partner to end veteran hunger in East Central Indiana, please contact Sunni Matters, Director of Impact, by email or at 765.287.8698 ext 116.
